How we work
A clear, honest process — from the first phone call to the first harvest.
Most farmland development projects fail not because of bad soil or bad weather, but because there is no clear agreement at the start. We fix that.
Before we touch the land, we visit it, assess it, and write down exactly what we plan to do, what it will cost, and what you can expect. You sign off on that plan. Then we get to work.
First call
30 minutesYou call or WhatsApp us. We ask about the land — where it is, how many acres, what's on it now, and what you're hoping for. If it sounds like a fit, we schedule a visit.
We work in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. If your land is outside these states, we'll tell you honestly rather than waste your time.
Land visit
Half day to full dayWe visit the land with you or your local representative. We check the soil, the water source, the access road, the boundary, and the current condition. We take photos and notes.
We don't charge for the visit. If we decide not to take the project, we'll tell you why — and that feedback is yours to keep.
Development plan
1–2 weeks after visitWe prepare a written plan: what will be planted, how the land will be prepared, what infrastructure is needed (borewell, fencing, irrigation), and a realistic cost and timeline.
The plan is specific to your land. We don't use templates. You'll know exactly what you're agreeing to before you sign anything.
Agreement
Before any work startsWe sign a written agreement covering the scope of work, the cost, your rights as the owner, how accounts will be shared, and what happens if either party wants to exit.
The land stays yours. We are the developer and manager, not a tenant or partner. The agreement makes that clear.
Ground work and planting
Weeks to months depending on scopeLand levelling, ridge and furrow layout, bunding, irrigation lines, fencing, and borewell work if needed. Then planting — saplings, seasonal crops, or both, depending on the plan.
You receive photo and video updates through this phase. If something changes — weather, supply, soil surprise — we tell you before we adapt the plan, not after.
Ongoing management
Season by seasonA named manager is responsible for your site. Watering, weeding, pest management, fertilisation, and crop care through the growing season. You can visit any time.
We send updates at key moments — planting, first growth, flowering, pre-harvest. Not a flood of daily messages, but enough that you know what's happening.
Harvest, sale and accounts
At each harvestProduce is harvested and sold through local mandis or direct buyers. You receive a full account of what was grown, what was sold, at what price, and what your share is.
We don't hold money. Payments are settled promptly and accounts are shared in writing. You're not waiting for a year-end summary.
A few things we believe in
Written agreements, always
Nothing is agreed verbally. Every commitment — cost, timeline, scope, your share of produce — is in writing before work starts.
Your land, your rights
You can visit any time. You can ask questions any time. The land is yours and we work for you, not the other way around.
Honest about what won't work
If your land isn't suitable for what you want, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose a project than set up a situation that fails in year two.
Accounts at every sale
You don't wait for a year-end summary. Every sale generates an account — what was sold, at what price, and what your share is.
Ready to start?
