How we work

A clear, six-step process from first visit to harvest.

01

Land visit

We visit your land, assess the soil, water availability, and current condition. We talk through what you want from the farm — income, a working orchard, seasonal crops, or a mix.

02

Development plan

We prepare a written plan: what will be planted, how the land will be prepared, what infrastructure is needed, and a realistic cost and timeline estimate.

03

Agreement

We sign a clear agreement covering the scope of work, costs, your rights as the owner, and how accounts will be shared with you.

04

Ground work

Land levelling, ridge and furrow layout, bunding, irrigation lines, and any fencing or boundary work. The land is made ready for planting.

05

Planting and crop care

Saplings planted, seasonal crops sown, and ongoing care through the growing season — watering, weeding, pest management, and fertilisation.

06

Harvest, sale and accounts

Produce is harvested and sold through local mandis or direct buyers. You receive a full account of what was grown, sold, and what your share is.

What we do

Six areas of work, from raw land to produce at market.

Land preparation

Levelling, bunding, ridge-and-furrow layout, soil treatment, and boundary work. We make the land ready for productive farming.

Water and irrigation

Borewell assessment, drip and sprinkler installation, water scheduling, and monsoon water management.

Orchards and plantations

Mango, guava, amla, lemon, and other suitable varieties for Rajasthan and UP. Long-term planting with proper spacing and care.

Seasonal crops

Wheat, mustard, maize, and other seasonal crops suited to your land and water availability. Planned around the kharif and rabi seasons.

High-value units

Vegetable plots, floriculture, or other high-return options where land and water allow. Planned carefully to match your risk appetite.

Selling the produce

We handle mandi logistics, weigh-in, and payment collection. You receive accounts with every sale, not just a year-end summary.

For owners who can't be on the farm every week

"My father's land in Rajasthan has been lying idle for eight years. I live in Pune and can't manage it from here. I needed someone I could trust to actually do the work."

"We inherited 12 acres in UP after my grandfather passed. None of us know farming. We wanted it to be productive, not just sitting there paying property tax."

"I'm an NRI and I visit India once a year. I wanted my land to be a real farm — not leased out cheaply to a neighbour who may or may not pay."

  • A named manager responsible for your site
  • Photo and video updates through the season
  • Season-end accounts with every sale recorded
  • Visit your farm any time — it's your land
